Cookie Policy
Which cookies and local storage this website uses, what they are for and how to change your choice.
This page is separate from our privacy policy, which covers personal data in general.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work, others help with statistics or with measuring campaigns. Alongside them there is the browser’s local storage (localStorage), which works in a similar way.
The categories we use
| Category | What it does | Set by | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary always active | Remembers your choice in the cookie banner, in localStorage, under the key consimtamant-cookie-businesstransfer. It does not identify you personally. | Us (first party) | Until you delete it or until we ask for your consent again |
| Analytics only with your consent | Statistics about the pages visited. The site currently loads no analytics service, so this category sets no cookies. | — | — |
| Marketing only with your consent | Campaign measurement and relevant ads on other websites. The site currently loads no marketing service, so this category sets no cookies. | — | — |
First-party and third-party cookies
The only item stored is the strictly necessary one, set by us. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on the same server as the website, so nothing is loaded from third parties. The WhatsApp buttons and the booking forms load nothing until you press them; only then does WhatsApp open, which applies its own rules.
How to withdraw or change your consent
At any time, from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. You can tick or untick the categories and save again. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and nothing from analytics or marketing starts before you explicitly agree.
How to delete them from your browser
In your browser settings you can delete cookies and site data, or block them altogether. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies. In Safari: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data. In Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security. If you block everything, the banner will appear again on every visit.
Legal basis
Strictly necessary storage is based on the legitimate interest of providing a working website. The analytics and marketing categories are based solely on your consent, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), transposed in Romania by Law 506/2004.
Changes
If we change the categories or the providers, we will ask for your consent again. The current version is the one published on this page.
