Who we are
The data controller is the provider of the transport services presented on this website under the name Business Transfer: airport transfers, business travel, a chauffeur at your disposal and rides for events. You can reach us on +40 723 648 115, by phone or on WhatsApp.
What data we process
- Booking details that you give us yourself: your name, phone number, pick-up and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, and, where relevant, your flight number and any other notes.
- Details of the person travelling, if you book for someone else (a colleague, a business partner, a guest): their name and phone number.
- Minimal technical data, kept automatically by the server hosting the website (IP address, date and time of access, the page requested), for security and to keep the site running.
The booking form and the name on the tablet
The forms on this website send nothing to our server and store nothing. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your browser opens WhatsApp with a ready-written message, which you can edit and which you send yourself. The name you type into the “arrivals tablet” demo stays only in the page open in your browser. Until you press “Send” in WhatsApp, we receive nothing.
Why we process it and on what legal basis
- to reply to you and send you a quote — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- to carry out the ride — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b));
- to meet our tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c));
- to keep the website running securely — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
Who else has access to the data
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you write to us through this channel, under its own policies;
- the website’s hosting provider, for the server’s technical data;
- public authorities, only to the extent required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
WhatsApp messages may also be processed by Meta outside the EU, under the terms it sets. Otherwise, your data stays in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them to organise the ride and to answer any questions afterwards. Accounting records are kept for the period required by financial and accounting law. The server’s technical data is deleted periodically.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object. To exercise any of them, call us or write to us on WhatsApp at +40 723 648 115. We will reply within one month at the latest.
If you are unhappy with the way we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro.
Security
The website loads exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Booking details are used only by the people who organise the rides.
Changes
If we change the way we process data, we will update this page. The version in force is the one published here.
